          RESTITUTION: We are lawfully demanding “RESTITUTION” for our Chickasaw Tribal Nation / Native Nations and their People. Why Restitution:

          This is the required act of restoring; restoration of anything to its rightful owner; the act of making good or giving equivalent for any loss, damage or injury; and indemnification

 

          The required act of restoring to the rightful Native Nations and their People Lands / Territories and something that has been unlawfully taken away, stolen, lost, or surrendered through War Crimes, under duress, threat of life / liberties / freedoms, etc.

          The required act of making good or compensating for loss, damage or injury; indemnification, etc.

          The requirement of returning to or restoration of a previous state or position.

          The required act of compensating for loss or injury by reverting as far as possible Native Nations and their People to the position before such unlawful occupations and War Crimes, etc. were launched against them.
